WARRANTY
A 15-YEAR PERFORMANCE WARRANTY is offered when the product is applied by an Accredited Applicator following our written instructions and the surface is cleaned regularly (as per our written warranty). Spills should still be cleaned up immediately to minimize the opportunity for damage.

APPLICATION RATE
The total application rate is approximately one quart per 30 to 100 sq. feet (1 litre per three to 10 sq.m.) depending on absorption.

HOW TO USE
1. ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT ON A SMALL AREA FIRST and allow a 24-hour cure time to determine the ease of application and desired results.
2. Surfaces to be treated must be dry, clean and free of residues, and surface temperature between 40 - 95°F( 5 - 35°C).
3. Generously coat the surface with META CRÈME™ using a foam roller, brush, or similar. Avoid contact with surrounding areas.
4. Leave the product to penetrate for minimum 1 hour, then thoroughly polish with a clean dry cloth(s) to remove ALL excess product. Estimated application rate is 1 quart per 30 to 100 square feet (1 litre per 3 to 10 sq.m.), depending on surface absorption.
5. Use water to clean equipment.
6. Avoid moisture contact with the surface for a minimum of 12 hours after application.
7. Sealer will NOT prevent surface etching, scuffing or wear and may lighten or darken some surfaces temporarily, returning to the original color over time. To clean treated surfaces use a neutral pH detergent in warm water and a soft cloth or mop.

ADVANCED APPLICATION HINTS * For ultra deep penetration on dense surfaces, META-CRÈME™ may be left to penetrate for up to 12 hours before removing the excess product, provided there is no contact with liquids. Remember that once you remove the excess (residue left on the surface), at least another 12 hours cure time is required without any contact with liquids.
* The special molecules in META-CRÈME™ will continue to penetrate and bond inside the material for approx. 30 days, making the treated surface more and more oil and water-repellent.
* On very porous surfaces such as sandstone, brick, grout or concrete, there may be no excess product (residue) to polish off.
* On denser surfaces, especially highly polished surfaces there may be a fair amount of excess product left on the surface. In such cases it will save time to use a squeegee (INSERT PIC HERE) to remove the bulk of this excess, and then a cloth to thoroughly polish off the remainder.
* Try to apply the product evenly. The more porous the surface, the more META-CRÈME™ should be applied.
* On rough surfaces some globules of META-CRÈME™ may collect the gaps – for e.g. the holes in rough hewn sandstone, or the grout indents between bricks. A brush should be used to spread these out.
* META-CRÈME™ darkens some material on application. This is temporary and the surface should fade to its original colour within a few days.
